What's Wrong with this Picture?

The way Reuters reports terrorist attacks is usually absurd, but this is truly ridiculous:

CASABLANCA (Reuters) - A suspected suicide bomber blew himself up after police shot dead another overnight during a chase in a Casablanca slum, Moroccan police sources and witnesses said on Tuesday.

Okay, so the guy actually blew himself up. And he's suspected? And then, catch the title: Two Suspected Bombers Killed in Casablanca. Yeah, I supposed he was "killed," even if he did it to himself. Still, doesn't the title give a wholly different impression of what went down in Casablanca than the story tells? The title sounds like some poor schmucks acted suspiciously and got shot dead. Again, I reiterate: Reuters = absurd.
