Welcome to the New Hermitage!

Here's the new hermitage, in all its oaken splendor! I'm rather pleased with it, personally. I may tweak the background a bit--make it more muted--and add some more links to the side, but other that that, this seems a pretty finished layout. Any suggestions, gentle readers?
