Norwegian Prison Breaks...

... are really lame: 1 out of 5 Norwegian criminals don't show up for their jail time. As in, they don't voluntarily report to the prison to serve their sentence. I wonder if they leave a key hanging on the wall, so they can let themselves in and out like Otis Campbell.
